FDIV has managed to reproduce the functionality that Apple removed in version 10.4.7 of Mac OS X by creating an “Image with Composition” loader patch. Also, FDIV has coded three other patches, MIDI Global IN Note, MIDI Global OUT Note and File Type. Massive thanks to FDIV for making these freely available from his page
Now that these are out, I’m able to update Quartonian Mixer to both be able to load compositions again and to add midi controls that work when the patch is copied to another machine. Look for version 0.6 of Quartonian Mixer just as soon as I can take the time to rebuild it a little.
